"The fixed price buys you unlimited trips to the salad/side dish buffet. Each diner gets a card with 'no' on one side and 'yes' on the other. 'Yes' means you want to be served some meat. 'No' means you're on a break or finished. Even so, the waiters make it a point to stop by each table.

And stop by they do. Every few minutes, the servers emerge from the kitchen...with a skewer and a large, sharp knife. On the skewers are the meats. The server informs you of what he has. If you want to partake, he carvers or pulls off a serving-size piece for you...The price buys you unlimited servings of all choices.

Casa De Fogo could have easily been a tricked-up, gimmicky place, more theme park than dining establishment. It is not."
